The PEAK Matrix provides a detailed, data-driven analysis of service providers based on their overall capability and market impact across different global services markets.
The report evaluated and classified 17 PO service providers into three categories: Leaders, Major Contenders and Aspirants. Of the four firms in the top Leaders category, GEP is the only company to have been identified as Star Performer — providers that display the most positive year-over-year movement on the PEAK Matrix.
This is the eighth consecutive year that GEP has been named both Leader and Star Performer in the report brought out by the U.S.-based management consulting firm.
GEP strengthened its position in the Leaders category by achieving one of the highest buyer satisfaction ratings and posting among the highest revenue growths in 2019.
