She has led complex negotiations, developed innovative solutions and executed large-scale cost optimization programs. An expert in source-to-pay services, she has played a key role in shaping GEP’s integrated services and technology offerings to help clients streamline operations and maximize value.
Khushboo partners with procurement and supply chain leaders across industries—including manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, retail, banking and IT—to optimize direct and indirect spend. She has led the development of procurement programs, digital assets and automation solutions that enhance efficiency and bottom-line impact.
A champion for diversity and inclusion, Khushboo mentors emerging leaders and drives DEI initiatives at GEP. She is committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous growth.
She holds a postgraduate diploma in industrial management with a focus on supply chain management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Medicaps Institute of Technology & Management.
